In this 1-day interactive workshop delivered over 7 hours or it can be delivered over 6 one hour lunchtime workshops, people will learn to understand what are the main elements that create stress and distraction, learn tools and strategies to build resilience, increase energy and learn how to take control of your state of mind, understand and learn a series of simple and easy to use mindful practices that can be used quickly in your daily life.

At the start of each workshop attendee’s input is encouraged and course content is then tailored to suit the requirements of each group. Every group can have specific skills they would like to learn to enhance their wellbeing and work-life balance.
